Since 1.7.2006 EURO-ROYAL REALITY has been the member of NARKS*( The National Association of Real Estate Agencies of Slovakia) and C.E.I. **(Confédération Européenne de l'Immobilier- The European Confederation of Real Estate Agents)
The general action of our real estate agency is to mediate buy and sales of flats, family houses, cottages, lands, business and industrial warehouses.
We provide universal service when selling, buying or letting properties, i.e. ensuring the necessary technicalities, documents, certificates of ownerships, cadastral surveys, execution of deeds of sale and rental contracts, expert testimonies, proposition for contribution, financial and juridical consultants.
For clients who decide to take advantage of our services and also for clients who find buyer on their own, Euro-Royal Reality s.r.o. provides the relief of our lawyer or solicitor´s and notary´s office, which co-operate with our company. In addition, we provide financial services of our investment counsels, who are especially trained for this purpose.
