Our real estate company was founded in 1993 as an individual enterpriser and 1st August of 2008 was transformed into a legal entity, Ltd. registered in the Trade Register of Slovak republic. This year we celebrate twenty years since inception. Five years we are members of the European Club of Real-Estate Agencies, real estate elite club of companies from several countries of the European Union. Its members must meet rigorous criteria for acceptance as member.
We provide complete customer service: to assess the feasibility prices, investigate documents received from the client, provide the necessary statements, realize the whole contract, including legal, tax and mortgage advice. We have own lawyer, we work with top court experts, surveyors and architects. If necessary, we are able to arrange moving client and even outside of Slovakia.
Our offers are presented through paid advertising channels. Our offerings are published in various countries in Europe and beyond.
In our offer we have individual housing, property development and investment projects, commercial real estate, recreational facilities and properties of all kinds.
Since 2008, five years have been also focused to sales and Real Estate Brokerage in Hungary. We have dozens of satisfied clients. They turn to us with confidence for long periods of time with a request for advice, assistance or translation of official documents. And we're happy to help. Our agents provide full service in Hungary by the purchase agreement to the subscribing electricity, gas and other necessary services such as internet connection, temporary or permanent residence, process the house reconstruction, real estate insurance and other things for a happy living.
